SPECIFICATIONS FOR FINISHING OF DEPARTMENTS

1. Windows and finishings.  The windows will be framed in white aluminum  (Cuprum by eurovent). The   terraces will be crystal clear tempered glass and  the block wall in the showers will be acrylic. There will be skylights of 6mm in the bathrooms.
2. The Air Conditioning will be mini splits by Trane in the bedrooms and public areas (living room, dining room and kitchen). Each area will be controlled separately.
3. Bathroom furniture and fittings. The   fixtures (single-sink, shower) are made by Urrea, and will be finished in chrome. Sink by Urrea. Toilet is by Urrea, one piece.
4. Kitchen. It will be a contemporary designer kitchen with counter tops of  granite.   (in this case you can choose the type of cabinets by design and color and also the type of granite) The kitchen equipment includes a hood, grill, and double sink. These appliances are made of stainless steel by either Mabe or Teka. It is equipped with hookups  for a  dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave and refrigerator which can be purchased for an  additional cost.
5. Walls and panels. Walls will be of with plaster board. They will be painted white.
6. Lighting and facilities.  Every space will have  ambient lighting, accent lighting, indirect light, and general lights. Hookups for tv in the living room and the master bedroom. Telephone jacks will also be in the living room and the master bedroom.  Smoke detectors are included.
7. Coverings. The throughout the interior of the apartment the floors will be porcelanato tiles of  60×60 cm. This will be the same or similar coverings on the walls of the wet areas of the  bathrooms.
8. Carpentry. The woodwork on doors, bathroom furniture, closets will be American oak and / or maple (or similar wood). The locks and hinges are stainless steel.
