Multiple properties listings:
A property advertisement on Remax Perla Pacífico pertains to one holiday property only. Only one property can be added to a listing unless prior permission has been given to the advertiser by Remax Perla Pacífico.

Removal of property listings:
If Remax Perla Pacífico receives substantiated complaints about a property listing on our site misrepresenting the property, or its surroundings, then we reserve the right to remove the listing immediately, The advertiser is not eligible for refund. If advertisers wish to have their property listing removed from the web site before the end of their subscription, this will be done as soon as we receive formal notice from the advertiser by email or using the ‘contact us‘ page. No refunds will be given.

Changes to pricing and conditions:
Remax Perla Pacífico reserves the right to amend conditions and price. Any new rates will be applicable immediately for all new adverts and renewals for both new and existing customers.

Payment:
When a new property listing is requested payment should be made online through www.remax Manzanillo.com  By submitting payment you agree to the terms and conditions of Remax Perla Pacífico. On receipt of, we will endeavour to create the listing within 5 working days of receipt. However, should any payment be returned unpaid by the bank, the listing will be terminated immediately.

Remax Perla Pacífico reserves the right to cancel any advertising listing, without refund, should any terms and conditions of use be abused.
